Glad I tried this. It’s a very successful crustless quiche. Nice flavors and texture. I found it a little ‘loose’ and made a note to cut the milk in half or add another tablespoon of coconut flour. Will definitely make again and try those. It’s very forgiving. I had a quarter pound of breakfast sausage left over, so cooked and crumbled it in also. Not a mozzarella fan, so subbed gruyere. Here’s a reality check: allow 45 minutes to prepare the filling. Even as a quick and experienced cook there is no way I could do it in 5-10! Next time I’ll prep that the night before to make breakfast faster. We found that dividing it into 6 servings instead of 8 gave better portions for adults. I hope you try it!

Hi Angel,
1. Yes, you’ll cook it in an oven.
2. You can do ½ teaspoon of sea salt and½ teaspoon black pepper.
3. You can add the heavy cream while the chicken is cooking or just serve it on the side. Whichever way will do. 🙂

1. Do you cook the thighs in the cast iron skillet in the oven?
2. How much salt and black pepper do you blend in with the heavy cream?
3. What do you with the cream sauce after you blend it? Does it get poured on the chicken while it still cooking? Or do you serve it on the side?

This is the second time I’ve made this. Excellent!! This time I made it just a tad spicier! LOVE this sauce, trying to get my son into more sugar free things (tooth issue). And he likes this sauce. Just doesn’t like the added expense of the sweetener. ????

Where do you buy your fresh tuna and prep it for use? I’m nervous about parasites living in a small town. Can you use frozen tuna after it has been defrosted?
