Funny..I’ve made this for years only with rosemary, cumin, onions, and diced cucumbers. Salt pepper and parsley.

Instead of celery, I use broccoli stems. I purchase a bunch of fresh broccoli, use the florets in another recipe & peel the stems well & then dice them for my chicken salad instead of celery.
